Frequently Asked Questions

Where should I park if I am attending the event?

The conference is located at the ArtLove Salon at 110 Union Street, 5th Floor, Seattle, WA 98101 in downtown Seattle. There is plenty of parking garages nearby. If you get lucky and find street parking downtown it is typically limited to 2-hours and can be paid for with the PaybyPhone App.

Do you have an accessibility guide for the conference?

We are hosting SIC at the ArtLove Salon at 110 Union Street, 5th Floor, Seattle, WA 98101. Please contact us at info@seattleinteractive.com if you need any accommodations as an attendee.

Pedestrian access is through the main doors on the south side of Union Street between 1st and 2nd Avenues. An elevator takes you to the 5th Floor. All restrooms in ArtLove Salon are accessible and include hands-free faucets. Only service dogs or service dogs in training are allowed. In an evacuation or other emergency, contact a volunteer or staff member for immediate assistance.

I am having issues trying to register on your website

If you are having any issues with registration, try our on-site Register page or open the direct Eventbrite link at https://sic2026.eventbrite.com/. Your browser privacy settings might be preventing the ticket widget from loading.

Will the content be available after the event?

We will have the speaker presentation decks available 1-month after the event for all pass holders. We upload these to our Slideshare account. Some of the sessions might be available if speakers do not wish to have them distributed.

Do you offer discounts for groups, non-profits, government employees and students?

We are limited to our venue's capacity this year but have some discounted passes available for students, government employees and non-profits to attend. If you have a group request you can email us at info@seattleinteractive.com.

Do I need to register for any sessions ahead of time?

No. We will have multiple sessions running that you can choose from by track. If you have a schedule conflict between sessions that you would like to attend there might be presentation decks you can look at after the event. We will not be recording any of the sessions for playback. The room themes are broken out by "Creative / Design", "Marketing / Strategy", and "Tech / Startups".

How do I know that the content will be relevant to me?

If you work at all in a company that has a website, app or idea then we'll have some special sauce for you to bring back to your office. We promise and if we don't deliver on our promise to provide rich, engaging and educational content then you can bash us on X.

How do I motivate my boss to let me go to this conference?

Beg! In the likely event that begging doesn't work, use a bunch of marketing slang and acronyms like "The top interactive thought leaders will be here talking about [insert acronym] and how the landscape is evolving at a fast pace and we can't be left out of these conversations." Also, let them know that all of their competitors are going. That should do the job.

In all seriousness, Seattle Interactive delivers a world-class interactive tech event to call our own. Your boss and your company will benefit from the things you'll learn and the connections you can make — and you don't have to book travel and hotel for places like NYC, SF, or Austin for SIC! In short, it's a great investment.

Do you offer refunds?

We unfortunately don't have refunds available but you can transfer your pass to a friend or colleague or roll it over for next year. Contact us at info@seattleinteractive.com with any questions or special requests.

I want to speak or would like to submit a proposal to speak. Is there still time?

You can submit session applications for 2026 on our Call for Speakers page through August 14th, 2026. If you've been accepted, we will contact you by August 20th, 2026. Due to the high volume of submissions, we ask that you please do not follow up with us directly about submission status.
